What exactly is a bento cake?
A bento cake — sometimes called a lunchbox cake — is a 350g cake baked and frosted in miniature, then packed in a small takeaway box with a plastic knife and a hand-piped message on top. It serves one or two people.
Can I get a bento cake delivered the same day?
Usually yes, if you message before 11 am and a slot is free. Bento cakes are small enough to bake, chill and finish within a few hours, which is why they are our most common same-day order.
How many words fit on top of a bento cake?
About six comfortably, piped by hand. Send us the exact wording — spelling, emoji and inside jokes included — and we will pipe it as written.
